1 large white onion, diced
3 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp toasted cumin seeds
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch ground Kashmiri chilli
1 pinch salt
